Matthew Bulmer

Senior Consultant

Matthew graduated from Durham University with an Engineering degree in 2020. He started his career in R&D tax soon after, joining QLC in September 2020. He has since worked on hundreds of claims, and is an expert in compiling reports for all industries, with a particular focus on anything motorsport related. As a Senior Consultant, Matthew assists the other project analysts in compiling detailed technical reports and ensures we provide an efficient service to our clients.

Matthew is a keen sportsman and can often be found playing five-a-side football or tennis in his free time.
